How the technology works
Our systems use technology that has proven its reliability for decades. The tank is filled with alumina media, where a controlled flow of compressed air brings the media into a fluidized (“bubbling”) state.
This ensures fast and extremely even heat transfer, comparable to a liquid, but at much higher temperatures. Immersed parts heat up quickly and emerge clean, dry and completely residue-free — a safe and reliable alternative to molten salt baths.
